The short answer is: you are.
I have a lot of tools and will offer you as many of them as I can.

Of course! You are able to cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours beforehand through your confirmation email.
Last minute cancellations and/or no shows will forfeit payment, but I understand that life happens, so if you need to cancel last minute let me know and I’ll do what I can.
If I need to reschedule due to an unforeseen conflict, you can either request a refund or reschedule to a mutually convenient time.
